Meet Our Board
Guided by a striving to nurture accomplished hospitality graduates for rewarding careers both at home and in the global arena, we embarked on our quest in 2010 with the institution of the Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (ACAHM). The journey has been an ongoing process of continually enhancing the learning and overall experience of our students. A decade of running ACAHM has been immensely rewarding, and it is very heartening to find that today the institution is held in high esteem by our stakeholders, our past, present and prospective students in particular. It gives us a sense of fulfillment that programs offered by ACAHM, namely, Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Hospitality Management, Diploma in Culinary Arts, and Short Term Courses in Culinary Skills have served to raise the standards of culinary and hospitality education in Nepal. But the journey, it so seems, has just begun, and newer avenues beckon us. Banking upon the wisdom reaped through our pursuit of excellence over the years and impelled by a mission to foster leadership and entrepreneurship among aspirant learners, we launched the Center for Leadership & Entrepreneurship (CLE) in 2021. CLE now functions as the parent institution of ACAHM and will serve as the umbrella entity of all our future undertakings. Ashesh Maharjan
