For enrollment, candidates must fill up an Online Application Form and participate in the Selection Process comprising of two assessment components – Entrance Test and Interview.

Criterias set by the University for eligible students

  • Students who have successfully completed or expect to successfully complete a Plus Two degree or equivalent in any discipline (with English as a compulsory course)
  • Securing at least 2 CGPA or 45% aggregate score from a school/college/university recognized by Nepal government

At the time of admission, candidates will be required to fill up and submit a detailed Registration Form attaching the certified copies of the following documents along with two recent passport size photographs.

  • Mark Sheet and Transcript of SEE and Plus Two
  • Character Certificate of SEE and Plus Two
  • Citizenship (for Nepali nationals)
  • Passport (for foreign nationals)
  • Recent Passport size pictures

Step 3: Admissions Committee’s Assessment

Admission to the program is determined by the Admissions Committee, considering your academic history and overall performance in the evaluation components. We value your achievements and potential as a candidate.

Step 4: Offer Letter Issuance

Selected candidates will receive an Offer Letter, outlining the next steps in the admission process. This crucial document is your gateway to an enriching educational experience at ACA.

Step 5: Detailed Application Form and Document Submission

Upon receiving the Offer Letter, candidates are required to fill out a more detailed Application Form and submit Academic Transcripts and other necessary documents. This step ensures a comprehensive understanding of your academic background.
