Our Management Trainee Program offers a comprehensive training curriculum that covers key aspects of management, leadership, and industry-specific skills. Participants undergo a structured learning journey that combines classroom sessions, practical exercises, and on-the-job training to ensure a well-rounded development experience.
With the launch of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program and an array of value-adding training courses in the pipeline, CLE College has embarked upon its journey of facilitating young prospects by empowering them with the resources, amenities, environment, and pedagogy needed for continuously acquiring and honing concrete leadership and entrepreneurial skill-sets.
To provide a holistic understanding of the industry, trainees engage in rotational assignments across various departments. This hands-on approach allows them to gain insights into different facets of management, from operations and marketing to human resources and strategic planning.
Mentorship and Guidance
Each Management Trainee is paired with a dedicated mentor as a reporting manager from faculty member or the department HOD with extensive experience. The mentor provides personalized guidance, supports professional growth, and ensures that trainees are well-equipped to navigate the challenges of the professional world.
