Born in 1991 in Lalitpur, my passion for cooking was shaped by Newari culture and a family legacy—my father being a Suuwa (chef). I began my professional journey in 2011, receiving formal training in Food Production and further honing my skills at the Academy of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management (ACA).

My career includes international experience at Fairmont The Palm, Dubai, and the honor of cooking for distinguished guests, including the French Ambassador to Nepal. Specializing in Newari, Italian, Continental, Indian, and Fusion cuisines, I am currently based in Australia, working as a chef at a renowned steakhouse and proudly representing my roots on a global stage.
